Does LinkPay store my card details?

Will LinkPay ever ask me for my card number or password?
Never. We will not ask for your card number, CVV, PIN, or passwords by email, text, or chat. Only enter card details on a payment page served from linkpay.co. If someone contacts you asking for them, it is not us. Report it to support@linkpay.co.
Do I need to create an account?
No. You confirm your phone number or email with a quick code and pay. That is it. There is nothing to sign up for.
Was I charged more than once?
No. LinkPay charges once, at the moment you complete a payment, and it shows up as a single SLUSHY line. If you see anything unexpected on your statement, contact support@linkpay.co right away.
Can I get a receipt or a refund?
Yes. Just reach out: email support@linkpay.co with the date and amount and we will help with receipts or any refund questions.
