Who we are
LinkPay is a payment-link and digital-content delivery platform operated by [Company Legal Name] (“LinkPay,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and LinkPay. If you use LinkPay on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use LinkPay, whether as a seller or a buyer. By using LinkPay you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older, that the information you provide is accurate, and that your use complies with all laws that apply to you. Sellers who receive payouts must complete identity verification before funds are released.
Accounts and roles
LinkPay supports several roles, and your obligations depend on how you use the platform:
- Buyers purchase access to content through payment links.
- Sellers (Accounts) create payment links, upload content to a private vault, and receive proceeds from sales.
- Teams manage one or more seller accounts and may receive an agreed share of a seller’s revenue.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Selling on LinkPay
As a seller, you set the price and access terms for each payment link. You are solely responsible for the content you upload, the accuracy of your listings, and your compliance with tax, consumer-protection, and other applicable laws. You grant LinkPay a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, screen, transcode, and deliver your content solely to operate the platform and fulfill purchases. You retain ownership of your content.
Content standards
All uploaded content is subject to automated and, where appropriate, human moderation. You may not upload or sell content that:
- depicts anyone under 18, or that you cannot prove involves only adults who consented;
- is non-consensual, involves coercion, or was created or shared without permission;
- infringes another person’s intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights;
- is unlawful, or promotes violence, exploitation, or illegal goods or services.
We may remove content, restrict links, or suspend accounts that violate these standards. We respond to valid intellectual-property and other legal notices as described in the Intellectual property and takedowns section.
Buying on LinkPay
When you purchase access through a payment link, you receive the access described on that link (for example, permanent access or timed access). Purchases grant you a personal, non-transferable right to view the content — you may not redistribute, resell, or publicly share purchased content. Because content is delivered digitally and immediately, sales are generally final; refund handling is described in the Refunds, chargebacks, and disputes section.
Payments, fees, and payouts
Payments are processed by our third-party payment providers. LinkPay charges platform fees, which are disclosed to sellers, and deducts them from proceeds before settlement. Seller proceeds settle to the seller’s balance and are eligible for payout after any applicable holding period. Where a Team relationship or revenue split applies, proceeds are allocated among the parties according to the split terms in effect at the time of sale.
Refunds, chargebacks, and disputes
Refund and chargeback outcomes may be adjusted against a seller’s balance, including associated fees. We may place holds on funds, reverse settlements, or take other action to address fraud, disputes, or chargebacks. You agree to cooperate with us and our payment providers in resolving any dispute.
Prohibited conduct
You agree not to:
- use LinkPay for fraud, money laundering, or any unlawful purpose;
- circumvent fees, access controls, moderation, or payout holds;
- scrape, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the platform or its infrastructure;
- misrepresent your identity or another person’s.
Intellectual property and takedowns
LinkPay and its branding are our property. If you believe content on LinkPay infringes your rights, contact us at support@linkpay.co with enough detail to identify the content and your claim. We will review valid notices and may remove content and terminate repeat infringers.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access, remove content, or withhold funds if you violate these Terms, if required by law or our payment providers, or to protect users and the platform. You may stop using LinkPay at any time; certain obligations (including for fees, refunds, and content you sold) survive termination.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
LinkPay is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for the content buyers and sellers exchange. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LinkPay’s aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms is limited as set out in [limitation-of-liability clause], and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of LinkPay after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are subject to [dispute-resolution / venue clause]. Questions about these Terms can be sent to support@linkpay.co.
